How much can the main compartment and meal section hold?

How do I clean and care for the backpack properly?

Quick clean (recommended):

Wipe with a damp cloth after use
For deeper cleaning, use mild soap + water, then wipe again with clean water
Air dry completely before storing

What to avoid:

Machine washing or tumble drying (can warp structure and damage coatings)
Bleach, harsh detergents, or solvents
High heat (heaters, hot dryers, prolonged sun-baking in a car)

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place and keep it fully dry between uses—especially after rain or sweaty sessions.

*Normal scuffs and creases are part of real-world use—your bag is built to earn them.

Will the backpack fit under an airplane seat or in overhead lockers?

Yes, the Orange Rhino Meal-Prep backpack is designed to be carry-on friendly.

When packed with gear the backpack measures 47cm (H) × 32cm (W) × 31cm (D), which fits within many standard carry-on size limits, though requirements vary by airline.

Can I use the meal compartment without meal-prep containers?

Yes. The insulated meal compartment can be used on its own for snacks, fruit, drinks, and loose items you want kept cool.

That said, for sauces, liquids, or full meals, we recommend using sealed containers to prevent leaks and keep everything clean.

Is the back panel and strap padding comfortable for daily commuting?

Absolutely!

The Orange Rhino Backpack is built for daily carry. With a padded back panel and cushioned shoulder this bag is designed to be comfortable even on long commutes.

The chest and shoulder straps are an integral part when the bag is fully loaded. They help to keep the strain off your lower back and ensure that your shoulders are supported.

How long will my order take to ship and arrive?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-4 business days of arrival in stock.

Do you offer free shipping or shipping upgrades?

Currently, we offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $200

What is your return or exchange policy if the bag isn’t right for me?

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
