All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

 

Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-4 business days of arrival in stock.


Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to Australia.

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. International shipping isn’t available at this time.

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. Please check our "Shipping and Returns" policy for current, up-to-date costs.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
